East Bay Regional Parks Earth Day activity on April 22, 2017

Come celebrate Earth Day in your Regional Parks! Volunteers are needed to remove invasive plants and help create a healthy habitat.Bring gloves and a refillable water bottle. Snacks, water and tools provided.

When: 10:30 a.m. – 12

Where: Point Pinole Regional Shoreline

Meeting Location: Giant Cluster picnic site.

To Reach The Park: From I-80 in Richmond, exit at the Richmond Parkway. From the Richmond Parkway, turn right onto Giant Highway and proceed to the park entrance.

Notes: Please wear rugged clothes and closed-toed shoes. Check the weather report and dress accordingly. Heavy rain will cancel. Please note that a signed and completed Volunteer Agreement (link in the “Extra Details” section to the right) is required to participate in this program.
